Who we are

This website, rohit.industries, is operated by Rohit Industries — a precision forging and CNC machining manufacturer registered in Gujarat, India.

What we collect

This site is primarily informational. We do not operate login systems, payment gateways, or user accounts. The information we may receive is limited to:

• Email enquiries — when you click a "Submit RFQ" or "Get a Quote" button, your email client opens and you compose a message directly. We receive only what you choose to write and send. No data is transmitted through our servers at this step.
• Analytics data — see the Analytics section below.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). These are retained for security and diagnostic purposes only and are not linked to individuals.

How we use it

Information received via email enquiries is used solely to:

• Respond to your request for quotation or technical information
• Prepare indicative pricing and feasibility assessments
• Follow up on active procurement discussions

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing without your prior consent.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with this site — pages visited, time on site, traffic sources, and device types. This helps us improve the site experience for procurement professionals and engineers.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and may transmit data to Google servers in the United States. Google acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement with us. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Data retention

Email correspondence relating to RFQ enquiries is retained for as long as necessary to support an active or prospective business relationship, and for a minimum of 3 years for record-keeping purposes consistent with Indian commercial law.

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Server log files are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
