RFQ & quotes

Clicking "Submit RFQ" or "Get a Quote" opens your email client and initiates a direct email to Rohit Industries. Sending that email constitutes a request for quotation — it does not create a binding purchase order or contractual obligation on either party.

Any quotation we provide in response is indicative only, based on market conditions at the time of issue. Each quote we send will state:

• The specific validity period (typically 7–30 days depending on material volatility)
• The scope of supply covered
• Applicable terms and conditions for that transaction

Prices are subject to change without notice. Rohit Industries reserves the right to decline any enquiry at its discretion.

Confidentiality

We understand that RFQ submissions frequently include sensitive technical data — engineering drawings, CAD files, dimensional specifications, material grades, and application details.

Any such technical information shared with Rohit Industries for the purpose of obtaining a quotation will be treated as confidential. Specifically, we commit to the following:

• Technical data you share will be used solely to assess feasibility and prepare a quotation
• Your drawings, specifications, and designs will not be disclosed to any third party without your written consent
• We will not reproduce, copy, or exploit your designs for any purpose other than responding to your enquiry
• Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any enquiry or business relationship

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, process descriptions, layout, graphics, and branding — is the property of Rohit Industries and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
